Are you a collections pro who loves solving problems and keeping accounts on track? We're looking for an AR Specialist to join a growing team in Santa Fe Springs!
? Spend most of your day managing collections (65%) and building positive customer relationships
? Respond to customer questions about invoices and account balances
? Verify and post payments accurately
? Follow up on overdue accounts and help resolve payment discrepancies
? Process and review credit applications
? Assist with Accounts Payable (20%) when needed
? Manage consignment accounts (15%) and ensure accurate account maintenance
